Who are we? And what is our purpose?

Thank you for your interest in Boxer Rescue of Mississippi.  Our rescue program does not profit and exists to place abandoned boxers in loving, adoptive homes.  We also assist boxer owners who can no longer care for their pets.  Once a boxer enters into the rescue program, we provide all medical procedures, including shots, wormer, a heartworm test and ALL animals will be spayed or neutered, no exceptions.    All boxers testing positive for Heartworms will be treated before placement.  Most of our rescues are housetrained and almost all are crate trained.  After the boxer is healthy and ready for placement, they are available for adoption.  We require an adoption application for all persons interested in adopting a boxer as their new family member.  This helps us to place the boxer in the best possible home and the family will get a boxer that best meets their needs.  If you are interested in adopting a boxer, please click on the APPLICATION tab to the left and that will take you directly to the online application. AN APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED OUT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ADOPTION. If you have any further questions about the adoption process, feel free to email me at MSBoxer@gmail.com.  If you cannot adopt a boxer at this time, but would like to help a homeless boxer, please see HOW YOU CAN HELP to the left, or make online purchases with the merchants at the bottom of this page
